The spell I'm about to give you is a version of an old "binding" spell that doesn't send ANY energy out to a specific person. It simply helps you cope with the breakup so you open new pathways into your life...
And you can use it for any situation where there's someone in your life that is problematic.

Rose's "Put 'Em On Ice" Spell
What you'll need:
* A picture of the person.
* A standard altar setup
* A black candle
* A small tupperware dish filled with water
STEP 1: Ground and center, cast the circle, call the corners in whatever way you usually do it.
STEP 2: Sit quietly for 5 minutes and think about the negative energy you are getting from the person you're about to put on ice. All the reasons you want them out of your life. Visualize all this negative energy coming out of your body through the top of your head, and arcing down into the container of water.
STEP 3: Pick up the picture and fold it 3 times before dropping it into the water.
STEP 4: Say, "I bind you from hrting me, I bind you from hurting me, I bind you from hurting me."
STEP 5: Thank the deities...close the circle.
STEP 6: Put the tupperware in the back of your freezer with the lid on.
